Maritime Building – Conservatory Extension

Stanley Construction has awarded Requisite New Zealand Ltd the contract to supply and install the steel joinery for a conservatory extension on the Maritime Building at 130 Quay Street, part of the prestigious Britomart Precinct. The contract includes the design and installation of an innovative system to remotely raise and lower 4 metre wide vertically sliding sashes.

Britomart Developers, Cooper and Company are the clients for this construction project and brought Requisite New Zealand in for this contract following their successful completion of the steel joinery work at Tiffany’s Jewellers last year.
